A Good Website For Concealed Carry In Florida

This is a pretty good website for those visiting Florida and those Floridians visiting other States. Just keep in mind that Disney and most other theme destinations in Florida do not permit concealed carry and have detection devises upon entering. Some interesting info here. Always best to stay updated on current laws relating to transportation of firearms, concealed or not.

About 3-4 years ago I bought a book on the gun laws of every state. It's already badly out of date.

That's exactly why it is advisable to look up the laws in the State you'll be visiting and passing through when traveling with firearms. The laws of Florida haven't changed much for quite some time but they have added the "Stand Your Ground" law.....which is a good thing imo.

In this day and age of the "buy your government and change the laws", what may have been perfectly legal last year, may not be legal this year. Always do a little research and avoid big legal problems. The internet is your friend in this respect.

Exactly! And look up the laws on the respective state’s official website. Don’t rely on private websites or even the NRA.

Yes, the words "We'll let the courts decide." are very expensive.
