Fort Walton Beach’s Edward Lee Hubbard was in a prisoner-of-war camp in Vietnam in 1970, the last year his hometown Kansas City Chiefs played in the Super Bowl, and received two tickets to this Sunday’s Super Bowl to watch the Chiefs play the San Francisco 49ers directly from NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.

So I am a devote pessimist. Instead of sending the kid with cancer to the super bowel how about giving the money for medical bills. You know something actually worth while and doing real good!

Making a kid's dream, possibly his dying wish, happen is pretty darned special.

Absolutely. A bit in our Cub Scout Den passed away from a brain tumor last year. It was pretty tragic. Make a wish foundation did some really cool stuff for him involving trains. No amount of money would have saved him by then, but he got to live out a final dream

They honored 4 WW2 vets who were all 100 yrs old. One of the vets brought the coin to the referee for the coin toss. It was a special moment for those guys! :FlagAm:

Say what you want about the NFL but they're trying to make amends for what Kapernick the idiot started 3 years ago!

A laugh, a smile, and a little time where you get to forget that death is knocking on your front door is a very powerful medicine. The value of which cannot be expressed in dollars.
