Joke 'um
My wife tried a pudding filled pastrie in the microwave. The directions said 5 seconds. She set 5 minutes. It exploded. It did not become better.
Father Kit Cool Gun Garth
Speaking of wrong Microwave times.... In our office, it turns out that if someone stops the microwave mid-stream and closes the door, the remaining time stays on the timer. I put a cup of cranberry juice in the microwave and set the timer for 1:40sec. The previous user left 2 sec on it, making my input 21:40sec. By the time I realized I had not heard the buzzer go off, it had cooked all the moisture and I was left with a cup of what appeared to be cotton candy. Needless to say, the cup had to be thrown away. Marshal Mo Hare, SASS #45984
I am often asked “can I cook this with that? My reply is that “no two foods have ever been known to explode when combined.”

Capt. James H. Callahan
I tried boiling some eggs in the nuke at work on time, and about half of them exploded and I got to clean it up.
