I used it with both Ruger Old Armies and Ruger Vaqueros. Includes a shotshell section as well as an extension. The belt itself fits over regular clothes, I am a 34" waist. The extension allows for wear over a coat. I wore it over my Josey Wales coat. The second set is cartridge belt from Western Leather, and two mismatched Hunter holsters.
