Helping 6 kids start shooting this year has really done a number on my plans. I do not see myself loading for bp anytime soon, and I dont like to see guns just sit around.

I believe this rifle was made in 1898.  It's a shooter not a collector.   Missing its dust cover as so many from that era are. Round barrel that was cut down at some time in its life.   Bore is dark and has pitting but you can still see the rifling.    I've only cycled dummy rounds through it as I dont have a source of bp rounds.  However  the shop i picked it up from did fire two rounds off in front of me.  Supposedly he shot a few deer with it.  It handles beautifully,  and I really enjoy it.

In the pic with 2 rifles it's the lower one

Looking to trade for something I can use.

Vaqueros in .45, 357 or 32

rifle in .45 or 38/357 for main match not top picky 66, 73, 92, 94 or lighting.  A 16" 94 in 30-30 would work too

Shotgun sxs or 87 I dont need anymore 97s

1911 in .45 or 9mm any length frame

Still need guns for some of the kids too.

Other ideas would be a pcc in 9mm  or..... throw out an idea, I like guns,  just not most modern ones.

Trade value at 1200 shipped.  I'm ok with partial trade and cash or all cash too

But I was shooting and sweating

If you shoot faster the wind rushing by keeps you cool.      You should tell he should be worried this year.  I finally figured out how to shoot a rifle halfway decent
