And just WHO determines the nature, the seriousness, or the political agenda of the alleged threat? WHO determines the political agenda of the person asking for the order to be enacted on someone else? Anti-gunners will quickly state ANYONE with a gun is a threat. Eventually the lib agenda will be to check CCW holder lists on state record to see exactly who has guns. You can see where THAT will go. Get ready for serious and frequent abuses of this.
