Isn't this the same clown who, along with his Lt Gov, was just a few short months ago fighting for his political life in the face of the "blackface" scandal?  While his AG was facing sexual assault accusations...?  

 

They've certainly managed to divert attention from themselves, haven't they... at the expense of a goodly portion of the citizenry.
