bgavin
Motivation comes in all forms. In high school, my youngest was a terrible student. She graduated and went on the road as a pro rock star.. After 13 years of this, she decided being poor was not to her liking. Today, she is an "A" student, and graduated college with two AA degrees, a phlebotomist license, and is mostly done with nursing school. She was accepted into the bachelor of science nursing degree program which she takes concurrent with nursing school. She is as serious as a heart attack about her studies.. and juggles these with a husband and a 3-year old. Being poor is a motivator.
G W Wade
Sometimes it works, sometime it don't. My daughter-in-law taught 2nd grade. One of her fellow educators printed up paper squirrels with the students name. Every time you were unruly or whatever, she would snip part of the tail off the offending students tail.. Started a race to see who's tail disappeared first. Oppps GW
