: SPF Uberti 73 Short Rifle , 357/38 SOLD

Recommended Posts

Pards , have for sale a Uberti (Navy Arms marked) 73 in 357 cal. Short Rifle Deluxe model , 20" barrel , checkered pistol-grip stock. Short stroke and action work by Ken Griner , Griner Gunworks , of Bloomfield , NM. Also has the magazine liner.  Asking 1300.00 , shipped , CONUS  for this one. I had this one set up for myself , but it is an orphan, I still use my 44s about 99% of the time , so it is whining for a more open-minded owner.  I would take a Ruger 44 Special 4 5/8" barrel sixgun as part trade ; any one of the three single action models , Vaquero , Bisley , or Blackhawk , would be welcome , blue preferred.

Would also consider a full size 1911 , 45 ACP. Wild Bunch legal.

Thanks for looking , Rex :D

Thanks for the offer , Mike , but I am only interested in the 44 Specials.

P.S. Any chance you are going to make it to "Revenge of Montezuma" next June ?

As much fun as that shoot is, I'm afraid I'll never be able to go to that altitude again (cuss, swear, vulgar words)  I'm still working on getting better heart function, so I can.

  Getting old SUCKS

Is it short stroke or super short stroke?

I really do not know how much difference there is , but I did not ask for super-short when I had the work done. It is a tiny bit shorter than my other 73 that has a C&I 3rd gen. short stroke.

Thanks for your interest ,

Rex :D
