Alpo
Can you legally leave your kid in the car these days? Ben been reading Calvin and Hobbes. His mother leaves him in the car frequently. Tonight I'm watching Oh God book 2. The little girl's father pulls up in front of his office, says he has to get something he'll be right back and for her to stay in the car. Both the comic strip in the movie or 30 years old or more, and it was legal back then. Just wondered if you could legally do that with your little children these days. Marshal Mo Hare, SASS #45984
I believe that would be a matter of state law if, indeed, any such law existed. It might come under the umbrella “child endangerment “.
