Trigger Mike Posted December 25, 2019 Posted December 25, 2019 Since my pinched nerve keeps me from enjoying shooting 357 revolvers and I have ammo I asked Santa for a rossi lever action in 357. My version of the red Ryder. Mrs santa took my oldest son to the toy store and he helped her pick it out. She didn't even try to negotiate though. I thought I had taught her better. Hopefully I will try it out later today. Right now I am exhausted. I got to bed at 2:30 , then different excited children kept wanting to see what Santa brought. I am glad they were excited. I was excited for them and struggled getting to sleep. We finally got up at 5:55.
Rooster Ron Wayne Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 Congratulations pard . Looks like another stop Santa got more then Milk and Cookies.
Trigger Mike Posted December 26, 2019 Author Posted December 26, 2019 I fired it this afternoon and love it. It fed 38s no problem, smooth as silk. Winchester 357 hallow point lead struggled a couple of times to chamber a round.
Rooster Ron Wayne Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 You can slick it up yourself. Tons of videos out there on YouTube or Steve's Video . A spring kit is all you need to buy. You can get the spring kit at Stevesgunz.com Then just make sure your over all length is not too long or too short . Rooster
