What is that button on the right side above the trigger?

That's a thumbscrew. The Marlin 22 lever is a takedown. Unscrew it there and the receiver comes apart.

 

 

Added: here's a non-fancy version. You can see the thumbscrew is also coin-slotted, so you can use a nickel to assist in unscrewing it.

it called my attention the front sight. How does it work the adjustable sight, in the same way a rear one.

It is my first time seen that, please If someone can educate me.

It works opposite of a rear sight.

 

If you're hitting to the left, so you want to move your group to the right, you move your rear sight to the right.

 

If instead of moving your rear sight you are going to move your front sight, you move it to the left.

 

Rear sight moves in the direction you want the bullet to go. Front sight moves in the opposite direction.
