When I ran a business I used to offer my people overtime or extra hours if they'd do menial jobs so I wouldn't have to spend minimum wages, admin costs, retirement funds, etdamncetera. I hope everyone understands I can be a *little* sarcastic at times, so my point was exactly what you mentioned -- an argument AGAINST minimum wage laws, and AGAINST paying them $15 / hr.
