Love me some 10mm, but I'm "meah..." in a single action.  I can get 10mm performance out of a 38-40.

One can get 10mm a lot easier than 38-40 and in many more bullet configurations.

I just think a SA revolver in 10mm is a bit odd.

If one is counting on factory ammo, yep.

I load both calibers.

There are precedents.  The Ruger Blackhawk in 38-40 and 10mm came out several years ago as a limited edition.

I have my doubts this is a production item...

I can't find any mention of it anywhere.

It seems like a very odd thing to produce.

The 10mm AUTO marking on the barrel appears to be laser engraved instead of roll engraved.

Now I'd like a 38WCF and 40 S&W combo. I could get free 40 S&W brass every time the local sheriff and city police come to the range and practice.

Not Ubertis, but I have three Vaqueros in 38 WCF with 40 cylinders

Ruger made a few stainless convertible 38-40/.40 S&W's for Davidson's back around 2000 or so. I've got three of 'em, two consecutive. :)

674 - 4 5/8"ers

753 - 5 1/2"ers

(edit) Lawman Mark beat me to it! My three are all 5 1/2" too, so we might have another consecutive set between us!

I know I'm not a Ruger guy.

I just picked up a pair of newer Uberti Cattleman revolvers in 38-40.  Really like how they feel.

I have found with shooting 44 Magnum for the last 40 years .

Between 44 Russian 44 Colt 44 Special and 44 Magnum all out of a Ruger Blackhawk.

You can Achieve anything you desire with one gun .

Isn't 10mm a rimless cartridge?

How does that work in a revolver w/o half moon or full moon clips?

Just add in a .44-40 cylinder and you have the best of the best combination.  Just have to have a pair of rifles to match the cylinder chambering. Handload the ammo to match ballistically.  8.0 gr Universal behind a 213 gr bullet in the .44-40 and 7.5 gr behind the same slug in the Maggie, for 950 ft/sec from a 7-1/2" barrel. :D
