Yes and they're still some controversy about that one. There was a special on it, on Discover Channel I think. It was interesting to say the least.

This latest picture is about number 4 or number 5 inspected and supposedly “the real quill,” genuine image of Billy The Kid!  This new one seems to have been expedited though the “genuine” process because of its bonafides.  But in these hysteria-driven, media-history incidents, you’d think those folks would be more conservative, rather than less.   How many times do people think they can go to the well on this BTK-picture thing?
