I hate driving on I-81 in PA.  Seeing a sign that says 'Bridge Ices Before Road' 3 or 4 times a mile gets old in a hurry.

 

And the red tinged pavement in some places is weird.  Found out is was where they got of the raw materials for paving.

Any idea what she is?

 

I assumed she was a battleship, from the comment about "the most powerful in fleet", and because it says she's a museum. But none of the battleships were number 21. The current number 21 doesn't look anything at all like that.

 

If it's not a carrier or a submarine or a PT boat I can't identify it just by looking. It's like modern cars - they pretty much all look alike to me.

 

So what is she?

There is the New York carrying designation LPD-21. It has a nickname as a floating museum and some tons of World Trade Center steel was used in construction, and it has lots of imagery inside it. But the ship above is not LPD-21.
