I gave a lot of thought to getting a restoration. I rejected the Mustang quite early in my search, was considering a recent Camaro 2SS, and then really liked the old-school feel of the Challenger. 

 

After a lot of thought, decided the modern Challenger Scat Pack was the best for me to enjoy on the back roads. Always dreamed of customizing and building cars like this and the factory produced something better than I ever dreamed of.

 

I did just install an aftermarket shifter, short throws and tight gates. Have not had a chance to really try it out except a drive to fill the gas tank and roads are getting brined. Mine will get one more oil change and go to sleep in the garage for the winter. Tires aired up and a battery tender, fobs in the Faraday bag.
