It appears that you either have not seen Pulp Fiction, or it has been a while. That's the movie that that shot of the black man drinking a fast food beverage is from.

 

Jules - that's Mr Johnson's character - along with Vincent - that's John Revolting's character - work for Mr Wallace. Mr Wallace had gone into a deal with these four young men where they would bring something of value to him. They decide to keep it instead.

 

Jules and Vincent go to retrieve it. Jules is heavily into his "angry evil N-word" persona, and he has the leader of the four young men quite frightened. He asked the young man where he is from. The young man says WHAT. He asked the young man if they speak English in WHAT, and again the young man says WHAT?

 

Jules points his gun in the young man's face and says, loudly and forcefully, "Say 'what' again, Mother F*****, I dare you!!"
