It has been happening for some time. FaceBook changes the rules, then goes back and flags content from the past which was fine then.

 

YouTube just did the same thing, firing a gun with a 30 round magazine is now against the rules; prior content is covered by the new rule. Two violations can result in shutting a page down.

 

Trust me, there are people scanning old content and reporting it.
