Seen that too many times! Although that's a pulp cable not a typical buried type, I'd be in a conduit too. Never ever seen direct buried pulp!! Good meme though!

Hold your shorts, ladies and gents. Goin for a picture. Back in a bit!

That would have been very unusual in the Phone company I worked for and only a drop to an small apartment house, still generally in a small pipe. Thanks for the pic!

On occasion, throw it out Tupperware and all when you're afraid to open it!

That kind of crap really is annoying...I hate it when it gets all wrapped around the Ditch Witch blades.:P

In PA it’s:

” Too soon oldt, too late Shmardt”.

My wife’s family was from Eastern PA, Carbon County. They had many sayings like this. I loved visiting Grammy and Pappy.

I still use, “Outen the light” with my Grandkids.

Summit Hill and Tamaqua!

Coal Crackers! (But Cracker meant breaking coal, not the modern reference).

My Mom had a piece of coal broken off into the palm of her hand for all of her life.

Grandpap started as a breaker boy at the age of 9.

And now we're scattered all over the country...
