Alpo Posted November 14, 2023 Posted November 14, 2023 I remember - this must have been 2003. My second trip to Fandango. Somewhere up north. Indiana maybe. Early October. I pull up to the pump and I get out of the truck and I'm reaching for the nozzle when I stop and just look for a minute. I had never seen a bagged nozzle on a gas pump before. Must not have been a thing where I live. And they didn't have a fancy OUT OF SERVICE yellow bag like that one in the picture. It was just a standard grocery bag. With the nozzle stuck down into it and then the bag tied off behind the nozzle. But I didn't know what it was. 48 years old, been driving for 33 years, been pumping my own gas for 32 of them. Had no clue. 2 4 Quote
