Hoping to remember passwords.

Remembering numbers was easier for me!

Endicott 8-6122 from back in the '60's.

About the time that they started zip codes.

And they opened the 7-11's that were open from 7 am to 11 pm. Big deal, back then.

Remember passwords?

If it's not something clever, I have to write it down.

Then I lose the note....

May be an image of text that says 'Southern nice is when you put your paper plate upside down in the trash so that you don't offend whoever made the barbecue you didn't eat.'

Almost always the undercooked macaroni or potato salad ends up like that...although if made correctly, the first side to be gobbled up.

I'm still not a fan of Macaroni Salad.   Potato Salad, especially German Potato Salad, yes.  Cole Slaw, yes.

And I always get a laugh at the serving size you see in the estimates or on containers... 1/3 to 1/2 cup of Slaw? 1/2 to 3/4 cup of Potato Salad?  In what universe?  Unless the cup is this size

Cole slaw or mac salad, that's a no for me. Now potato salad...go ahead and get ya a big bowl of it and pass the

9" x 11" (rest of it) to me!

You're right though, where on Earth they come up with serving sizes is beyond me. I had some cottage cheese today, looked on the back, serving size was a 1/2 cup...seriously?

Learned a new trick from an Alton Brown Cookbook.  Add whatever pasta to cold water, bring it to a boil and check for your choice of Al dente.  Virtually impossible to get it wrong.

Health? or just don't care for them?  The mac salad I can understand, I haven't had but one or two that were to my taste.  But Cole Slaw?  Let me guess - really gloppy mayo-based dressing.

The mac salad it can stomach if the host hands me a plate of it, I'll eat some of it to be polite. I've never cared for

coleslaw at all, I would use the upside down polite plate method.
