I've even picked up nuts and bolts on the street.

At the price of hardware,  it's a lot more valuable than change.

We were at an auction and they had an card file repurposed as a hardware cabinet.  It was full of miscellaneous nuts, bolts, washers and other fasteners.  Got it for almost nothing. No one else bid.  About 20 shoebox size drawers.  Removed each drawer so we could move and load it.  Over the years, it's paid for itself a 100 times over.

My favorite episode - from 1971, To Rope a Grizzly  ^_^

Sunday, February 1971, those of us in the Kappa Phi Delta house who didn't have Valentine's Day dates (most of us!) were perched on the edges of our seats, beers clutched in hand in hand but forgotten, watching in astonishment...

Bit of trivia. Stan was always barefoot. No matter the terrain or how dangerous the animal, Stan was always barefoot.
