Powder is scarce and must not be wasted.  Do not fire until you see the whites of their eyes. Then aim low. Aim at their waistbands, aim at the handsome coats; pick off the officers.

If your mother was a sewing machine,

And your father was a lawn mower,

How many pancakes would it take to cover a dog house?

Thirteen.  Because baseballs don't have feathers.

One round of drinks and everyone has lost their marbles.

As long as they retain their best Shooters they should be able to win them back. ;) :D

I carried my marbles in a sock.  I was going into the 5th Grade when we moved from Oklahoma to California.  First day at my new school I was the only kid that brought his marbles.  I remember thinking, "Why don't any of the California kids have their marbles???"

Purees were my favorite marbles.

Clowns were my least favorite.

Cat Eyes were in the middle.

Found out that none of the California kids even knew how to shoot marbles.

I visited with an ol'timer sometime back.  He told of picking up a habit from his dad of putting so many marbles in one pocket in the morning and through the day, wheb he'd do some good deed, he'd move a marble from one pocket to the other.  At the end of the day he expected to have all the marbles moved to the other pocket.

This explains a lot! A whole lot!

So even then they had lost their marbles. Perhaps they never had any to begin with...

Notice how I slipped “they” in there?... :D

I wasn’t around here when marbles was popular. Of course I would put “they” in my sentences...

Doesn't matter. You're wrong no matter what.

If an ex-wife drank in the forest and no one was around to hear her stumble and fall wouldn’t the picture in your mind still make you smile?

Nah... I don't wish her ill.  I just wish her far away from me.  ;)

Proverbs 21:9 (KJV)

It is better to dwell in a corner of the housetop, than with a brawling woman in a wide house.

Proverbs 21:19 (KJV)

It is better to dwell in the wilderness, than with a contentious and an angry woman.

Couldn’t they have picked better locations to go and hang out in Proverbs? Like, perhaps;

Proverbs 21:9 (KJV)

It is better to dwell on a tropical island getaway surrounded by babes, than with a brawling woman in a wide house.

Proverbs 21:19 (KJV)

It is better to dwell in the wild at hunting camp with your friends, than with a contentious and an angry woman.

Bottles, we're going to need a lot of alcohol to get to 4 pages. It seems that Pat Riot is offering to pay for today's, so use his tab until tomorrow

I'll start with a Bulleit Rye, just leave the bottle.

That’s right! Drinks are on me. Put them in my tab, Bottles.
Yep, that tab right there on top...don’t mind that chicken scratch that looks like “Cold Lake Kid”...I just wrote that on there as a reminder. Yep, that tab. That’ll work. :D

Oh, and I will have a sasspirilla. Can ya get that lazy cook you recently hired to rustle me up a steak and some potatoes? Yep. Same tab. Put everything on there.  ;)

I think marbles constitute slingshot ammo and require a background check to purchase.
