  If a group representing night clubs and liquor establishments can sue the firearms manufacturers for what ithey claim is basically creating a danger to the public then shouldn't the firearms industry be able to sue night clubs and liquor establishment for creating their own version of people dangerous to public while intoxicated?

It has happened where bars & nightclubs were sued after traffic accidents.
