They have even shipped parts (for free) overnight when I waited too long to load for a big match and busted a part by my own fault. Go Blue! When I have called for replacement parts in the past, they answered before the phone rang at my end, and the parts were moving through the warehouse before I got off the phone. Can’t beat that.
