Tom Elder
I'm having a light strike every now and then. I thought it might be my reloads, so I ran a box of new rounds and only had one light strike, but with Bordertown coming up I would prefer to have none. It leaves a mark, about half the indent as on the ones that go bang...anyone have an idea what might be causing the problem...appreciate any help. Tom Elder. Cheyenne Culpepper 32827
The primers May be set too low. I’ve seen that quite often
Old Man Graybeard
Also...pull the stock off and check to see if the hammers are rubbing on the edge of the stock. I have a stoeger that was doing that on the right barrel. A little work with a dremel tool with a small burr for the corners and a sanding drum...no more problem
The Original Lumpy Gritz
While you have the stock off... Take some brake cleaner and flush the innards of the action out. Flush the firing pin holes also, on the front of the rec'r. OLG

Cheyenne Culpepper 32827
Do you still have the misfires? If so, check the primers before anything else.

As OLG sez, take the stock off first and then,, wrap the forearm with a cloth to keep he wood finish safe. Try that before looking for any other trouble.
