It's facing west, so is to reflect the rays of the setting sun into the eyes of the eastbound traffic during "going home time". It's been leaning up against that container for more than 6 months. I don't drive that road very often, and I don't go east in the afternoon, so it doesn't affect me. If it did I'm sure that something would happen to the mirror. I just don't understand people sometimes. He probably got tired of speeders and reckless drivers and took things into his own hands when the local LEOs didn't have the time or manpower. Somebody broke it?? We go a little further, and clear the shadow of the house across the street. Hey! How 'bout dat! He put a cover on it. Cruddy picture, but with the sun behind me I could not see the screen. I'm surprised I got any kind of picture.
