Iron Biscuit SASS#108048
Hey Dutch/ Anyone, would someone shoot BP loads in this, or smokeless? or both?
Dutch Al #22045
You can shoot either smokeless or holy black in this rifle. My competition load used smokeless, with a 265 grain gas check bullet. You can also shoot hold black in this rifle, but you would have to make sure to use bullets lubed SPG or a similar black powder lube. Also, with BP, I would suggest using a plain base bullet with an over powder wad. The rifle has a 1 in 15 twist, so it will stabilize bullets up to 330 grains.
