Marshal Mo Hare, SASS #45984 Posted October 4, 2019 Share Posted October 4, 2019 In 1923, horse jockey Frank Hayes suffered a heart attack in the midst of a race at Belmont Park, New York; his horse finished the race and, in the process, made Hayes the only jockey in history to win a race posthumously.
