Forty Rod SASS 3935
Saw a saddle at rancho Batavia nearly forty years ago. It had more silver than the US mint and was fitted with an am/fm radio on one side and a battery pack on the other. Worn out old cowboy stood there looking at and when I stopped he looked around at me grinned and said, "Ain't cowboyin' got splendiferous?" He then walked out front, spit his quid out by the side walk and walked away. Those words have stuck with me all this time and it seems they fit everything from belts to boots, to shirts and to most everything else. He sure got a lot of mileage out of those four words. Capt. James H. Callahan
I don't have a horse, I'm already married. If I did I'd probably have my Walker in a pommel holster. JHC
