They'll probably size them to .428 if you send an email and check.

Missouri Bullet is a little softer I believe and they probably would size them as well. I use their 180 gr coated in my 44-40 when I shoot smokeless, but resize them myself.

The good folks at Missouri Bullet Company made me up a run of 402 diameter Hi-Tek bullets for my 38WCF Marlin at no extra charge and also applied the SASS discount.  I'm sure they would special size their 165 grain bullet for you.

Back when we had gobs of 44 bullets sized to 430 and needed to have bullets sized to 427 for a pair of Taylor's Smoke Wagons in 44WCF,   I bought a Lee sizing die and sized them to 427.

I mounted a small C press upside down so the bullets would "poop" out the bottom.

We initially used some 180 grain but I didn't like the square base. So we went to the 200 grain bullet. Sawmill Mary shoots the 44WCF with 200 grain Hi-Tek bullets loaded with Unique in both rifle and handguns.

Surely the tiny bit extra for coated ones would far outweigh doing them yourself, even if you did it right the first time??
