Not receiving my messages. Any clues?

Am not receiving messages that are being sent to me. 

It used to also show up on my personal emails now it isn't.

 

Any suggestions?

Check spam or junk folder. Are you using gmail by chance?

 

If so you'll need to add sassnet.com as a trusted sender.

Check your notifications and make sure the emails are still checked: Account->Account Settings->Notification Settings

 

Beyond that I've no idea.

I keep getting messages saying so&so trying to send messages but my box is full!!!  I do not know from which they com-meth but I am tired of walking out to the mail box and finding it empty ever time!
