Sadly, not unexpected from an extreme left liberal idiot with no clue as to what REAL steps to take to deal with mental instability or true criminal activity.  These are the SAME people who want to release convicted criminals who use weapons in the commission of crimes and who refuse to prosecute criminals who use weapons at a higher level of penalty!!
