First they have to get it passed.

I have no doubt they will get it passed.

The 2018 Midterm Elections:

• 43 GOP seats lost in the House
• TX nearly elects a Communist Senator
• FL and GA nearly elect Communist governors
• AZ elects a Communist Senator
• NY elects a Communist Box of Rocks™
• MI elects a pottymouth Muslim Palestinian sympathizer
• MN elects a Muslim woman-beater
• MN elects a Muslim incest partner
• 49 Muslims elected nation wide

Marlin Model 60s are already classified as assault weapons in WA state. Funny, but I don't recall ever seeing a tube-fed .22 in the hands of a guerrilla or socialist revolutionary.

Properly enforcing existing laws doesn't get politicians elected. Promises of new ones do.

Police around Houston are reporting that the new DA is dismissing any charges that include firearms offenses.  IE, arrest someone for assault, they get prosecuted.  Arrest them for assault with a deadly weapon, they get let go.

There was some big out of state democrat money spent getting this lady elected.

My Bill was to enforce an immediate death penalty on those convicted of these mass killings.  I sent copies of the Bill in "correct" format for submission to the House to all the Democrat Representatives in my area including my favorite socialist Lloyd Doggett and got only crickets when I called about this I got crickets. Now understand I have been doing this since 2008. I am sure by now I am on some List somewhere.

One hundred ninety-nine of the cretins.

Elected individuals of that party are not allowed to represent their constituents unless said constituents wants fall exactly within party doctrine, as laid down by party "bosses."

The only times they are allowed to cast a vote contrary to party doctrine is if a) there are sufficient votes to ensure passage (or failure, per party doctrine), and b) there is sufficient reason to create an impression in the elected person's district or state.  <_<

Apparently, CA does not put any lever gun on the restricted lists.
I was concerned my Henry Frontier would be banned because it has a 16-round tube.
Bud's Guns website shows it on the allowed list.
I had to dig deep to find the laws that exempted it, before I ordered it.

As to being an assault weapon... the sheep in the CA legislature have obviously never seen Deuce Stevens running an 1894CB.

For now.....

Its like banning IPhones because the mafia calls in hits on them. Not that they didn’t use rotary telephones 50 years ago. Nobody uses rotary telephones anymore, but they will when you ban iPhones!

And no point is the left gonna say “We were wrong. The Clinton assault weapon ban did not work!” They will ban 16 round lever action next, and pistols, and then swords and steak knives, black powder, so on and so forth.

I have many friends that own firearms and participate in all kinds of shooting sports. A significant number are current or former labor union members.

When I showed them that their unions were writing big checks to politicians that want to limit their Second Amendment rights, they were stunned. Then they got mad.

They were amazed that other union members did not know this, and were going to mention this to their union leaders.

That word needs to get out so maybe some of these checks to these idiot politicians start to dry up.

This is why I've called, written, and E-mailed both of my senators repeatedly for the last several days!!  It is important that each of us does this if we have any hope of staving off this attack and future attempts of the same variety!!!

It isn't hard or time consuming.  If you go over to Team SASS and look around, you'll find several opportunities to contact all of your representatives AND the president!!  Do it if you value this and other freedoms!!!

I tried to read an article about her.  Couldn't finish it... what a piece of work!

It has a good chance of passing in the House because it is Democrats playing to their base - in the Senate it has a poor chance of passing unless the Republicans want to commit national suicide and ensure that they lose the senate in 2020. And then on the off chance it should reach the president's desk and he should choose to sign it then he will ensure his defeat in 2020 as he will lose too much of his base who will just stay home.

Most politicians are stupid and arrogant, I just hope they aren't all that stupid and arrogant. IMHO

Mostly I think the legislation to watch is the so called red flag laws and the universal background check laws. Hopefully as the legislation is debated and proposed there will be enough input and resistance to anything without due prossess or that is useless (as universal background checks are without registration) that there will be something called a red flag law that is nothing that isn't really already supported by current laws and an improved background check law that will require states to be more diligent about reporting legally adjudicated mental health prohibitions of firearm ownership.

Not that I think we need more laws or that such laws or others would be effective (they won't), just that if they feel cowed into passing something and end up doing so I would prefer that it be a nothing fig leaf as opposed to a major or minor grab at our freedoms.

I've encouraged people to write to their legislators for years.  The argument most heard was "I can't change her mind."

No you can't, nor can I, BUT....if you get two more people to write and I get two more people to write, and each of those get two more, etc. it will pile up and if enough write in a short period of time you might change their vote.

Copying letters doesn't work.  Those get dismissed out of hand, but if Di FI or anyone else get say 80,000 hand written note all saying essentially the same thing it most likely changethe way they vote on that subject.

My daughter co-owned a business called Soapbox In.  They trained lobbyists how to be lobbyists and their research made it clear that for every letter written there were thousands of people who didn't write, but many who likely voted.  Politicians don't want to get a lot of letters because they want to get reelected.

I long ago came to the conclusion that politicians don't give a Tinker's Damn about their constituents.

Feinstein is very old, very rich, and falls into the above category.
Same for Pelosi and Waters, who is too stupid to pour water out of a bucket with the instructions on the bottom.
The up-and-comers like Ocasio-Cortez and her ilk are well set on the path of clueless gun grabbing and government control.

Every civilization on this Earth has perished.
Some faster, some slower, but all perish.
Ours is failing, and rapidly.

Scottish philosopher Alexander Tyler (1787) of the University of Edinburgh wrote about the eight stages of a civilization.

• Bondage to spiritual growth
• Spiritual growth to great courage
• Courage to liberty
• Liberty to abundance
• Abundance to complacency
• Complacency to apathy
• Apathy to dependence
• Dependence back to bondage

America today runs a strong parallel with Rome in decline.
Rampant homosexuality, the people voted themselves handouts from the treasury, and the price of a tender young boy brought a higher price than an entire farm.

I have maybe 15 to 17 years left to live, probably less.
My hard-headed children who still vote for Democrats will get what they so richly deserve.

“My hard-headed children who still vote for Democrats will get what they so richly deserve.” Add grandkids to that sentence too. If they read it on social media or see it on CNN it’s the absolute gospel and there is no setting them straight. The brainwashing and indoctrination has done its job. On one hand they condemn federal immigration laws and say it’s okay to come here illegally and then talk about how the universal background check will stop guns ending up in the wrong hands but absolutely refuse to believe that not everyone will obey the law.

It’s a law in California that bicycle riders 18 years old and younger wear a helmet, but nearly everyday I’ll see kids riding bikes without helmets. It’s against the law to text or use a handheld cell phone while driving but everytime I drive anywhere I see many, many drivers texting and talking on their phone, steering with one hand and holding the phone in the other.

UBC will only work on those that obey the law.

FYI the links Blackwater talked about send letters to all the Republican Senators not just your own. So please follow the link below and take action. Then forward this to all your friends and relatives. At the bottom of the below link you will find a link to send letters to the President as well

After you do it today. Do it again tomorrow and the day after that and the day after that.
