Utah Bob #35998
Thank goodness! Things were tinder dry here, but a heavy rainstorm hit about an hour ago. Temp dropped from 88 to 61. Even had some thunder. Welcome relief. Looks like some more on the way. The Hollyhocks perked right up.
Boulder Canyon Bob# 32052L
Been raining here every 2 to 3 days since we got back from AZ, can't keep up on lawn mowing and driveway grading. Rained again this afternoon.
Henry T Harrison
The ground is so saturated here that we have been having landslides all summer and every time we have a severe thunderstorms trees are blowing over. I won’t be able to cut my grass for at least a week
Hardpan Curmudgeon SASS #8967
Rain...? Hm. Seems I've heard of such.... Dryer'n a popcorn toot here, and 105° degrees today and climbing for the rest of the week. We had some last April and might see a little bit 'bout November or so... Pat Riot
I haven’t seen much of that stuff called rain since November. I like it this way. But I don’t live in a fire prone area either.
Utah Bob #35998
Aha! The reason why it’s raining through this weekend. I’ll be there at the VFW booth selling raffle tickets on Saturday. https://www.mancosdays.com/

MizPete
A friend, a custom builder in S/E Colorado, is trying to set a foundation for a client. It's currently a wading pool.
Cyrus Cassidy #45437
I'm only a few hours from you, Bob, but it's rained every day for two weeks straight! Of course, it's preferable to wild fire!
