Oh man!

I wish you weren't a 16 hour (car not trailer) drive away.  I sent my app and $ once; then, broke my arm and had to cancel. Dang!

From everything I've heard, it is a "do not miss" match.

Hope y'all have a great time!

There's some mighty pretty country on the way Allie, just make a road trip out of it like we did last year.  We hit Monument Valley, Durango, Silverton, Glenwood Springs, Cheyenne, Deadwood, Mount Rushmore, Custer's Battlefield, and a bunch of others.

Assassin & crew:

We are hoping to make it to HOW this year.  I haven't found the entry forms on the internet yet.

Since our Lincoln Area Regulators match was scheduled to fall on Independence Day, we have cancelled it.

So now we're free to head out to Cheyenne!!

I haven't been there for awhile because of local obligations but I enjoyed it.

The IT specialist is currently working on the 2020 application. I'm hoping to get it on the website this weekend.

I'm planning on attending we have a van we camp in but looking for a campground that has showers and electrical hookups

Try A/B campground, several shooters stay there. They also have barbecue nightly, about 20 minutes from the range.

In 2016, I hauled my trailer to Ohio for the State Championship.

Then I hauled it to Wyoming for Hell on Wheels.

A few days later I was at EoT (guess the week before EoT was a mistake and Assassin went back to week after).

Working on 2020.  Colorado, EoT, Hell on Wheels and Idaho.

Hopefully the plan will come together!  :D

We couldn't use the range due to other constraints. Now we have more flexibility. Therefore, we are back to the 4th of July weekend as HOW was for many years.

Received your application yesterday, along with several others. Looking forward to shooting with you. We almost have enough for a posse.

We have decided to limit the number of shooters at Hell On Wheels due to the Covid 19 Pandemic.

We'll only be accepting 156 applications and there will be a waiting list.

13 shooters per posse, this is a good number for running the posse, and for distancing.

We had a shoot Sunday 5/3, everyone wore bandannas or masks of some sort.

Shooters kept their distance and we were very cautious about touching things.

Water bottles will be handed out by one person, no big ice chests full of water this year. Hand washing stations will be available, along with wipes and other precautionary measures. I spoke with the food vendor and they will serve food in covered containers, tables and chairs will be spread out also.

I've been communicating with other match directors and we are sharing ideas on how to make this a safe and fun shooting season.

Yes, Hell On Wheels is a go! Looking forward to seeing everyone again this year, be safe and have a Covid free day.

We still have about 25 openings. Get your applications in before June 14th. Yeah, I know it's a Sunday. If they are in the PO box on the 15th Belle will accept them.

Don't forget to pre-order those bullets from CheyCastBullets, they're offering a discount on bullets picked up at the match,  cheycastbullets.com  .

Back up for all the procrastinators. Get those applications in or you might miss out on the biggest and best shoot in Cheyenne Wyoming this year.

Heck, Hell On Wheels might be the biggest venue in Wyoming this year, considering Frontier Days was cancelled.
