Warden Callaway Posted July 4, 2019 Share Posted July 4, 2019 The elephant in the room no one mentioned is the ugly truth is all these guns will be oned by others someday - (unless they are confiscated and destroyed). Someone else will eventually get these guns and have no clue they are not safe outside the CAS world. It's a Ruger, it's safe to load 6. I pull the two-notch base pins from our Uberti revolvers and replace them. I keep the old ones to put back in if I decide to sale or trade one. I put one-piece trigger and firing pins in all our Marlins and disabled the safety by tightening down the detent screw. But kept the old parts to restore back to original confirmation.
