Anyone got load data for 105gr 38 spcl and Unique powder

Recommended Posts

Why not try looking on the Alliant website?

They don't list a load for 105 grains, but they do for 110 grains.

That link only shows a top end load w/jacketed bullet, that is be on SASS velocity specs.

the reason you don't see load data for Unique and 105g bullets is because it is not a recommended combination. Can it be made to work, yes. Do you really want to make it work, probably not. It is too slow of a powder for that bullet. If you do use it, expect incomplete combustion and inconsistent performance. Find a faster powder such as Clays, 700x, Bullseye, Red Dot or other fast powders.

It will work fine-

Cold weather you may need to use a mag primer for stronger ign.
