Within the last 20 minutes I could have made about $100.00 from people wanting to pay for parking and admittance. I kinda feel like the guy on the corner with the cardboard sign.

Yul,

After reading your comments about visitors wanting to pay, you should ask if they want to make a voluntary donation to the Scholarship fund.  It might be too late to get up some sort of box/kitty, but perhaps the powers that be might have some thoughts about it.

I like The Yul Lose traveling fund a lot better.

This is Lieutenant Stokum with the county sheriffs department. I met him back in 2007 my first day here. We've talked for hours over the years and his son, a deputy now, was just a  young teenager when I first met him. Great guy.

At least you don't look like the guy on the corner with the sign . . . . . .

One of the best parts of my day is when the water truck comes by to spray down the road. They come by twice a day and I stand out and get a nice cold shower in the afternoon, but not at 6:30 in the morning.

I met this guy on Sunday when he came through on his way to pick up his packet. He is a very interesting fellow and is working on a documentary about the west. He mentioned that he liked Buntlines so I showed him a pair that I have along and I think we're friends for life.

Riding longhorn steers. I can't get my phone to send these from the motel  so I'll try from my post in the morning.

Alright all of you folks that stayed home tell me what job these two young men are here to do at EOT? They are only needed for two days and over that two days they'll be worked very hard.

There's a couple of shooters that have dropped off a sausage biscuit, hashbrown and soft drink every morning and I've meant to get their picture but it's never worked out. Thank you.

Misty Moonshine. It is truly a pleasure being a Waddie when she's in charge, fine lady.

Being the first person you'll see coming onto the ranch and the last person that you see leaving I usually hear the complaints. Not this year every single comment has been positive.
