Rafe Conager SASS #56958
My father in law just gave me his savage 220a in 12 gauge, it is a hammer less single shot 12 gauge with less than 4 rounds through it. It was made in the 50s, I will never use it so was thinking about selling it, on line I can not find a consistent worth for how much to ask for it, does anyone know how much it is worth? Thanks Rafe
Three Foot Johnson
I would say a hundred bucks or so. I checked Gunbroker and found a 20g listed for $299... pretty optimistic, I think. I have a similar 107B - biggest difference being it has a hammer. A hundred dollar bill would buy it in a heartbeat!
Rafe Conager SASS #56958
That's what I was thinking around $100, think I'll take it with me to eot swap meet and see if I can find it a new home Rafe
J-BAR #18287
Do you have kids, nephews, nieces? They may want Grandpa’s shotgun someday. It may be much more valuable to yours or his descendants than what you could sell it for today. Hang on to it for a while to be sure.
