Jabez Cowboy,SASS # 50129 Posted June 6, 2019 Share Posted June 6, 2019 My father-in-law seldom spoke of his service, was Twice wounded and was in the thick of things .... He started out with the PPCLI from western Canada , was wounded during recovery he was put in the armored division and as he told it " ended up in Holland" He had a fondness for Sherman Tanks ,,, though he said they could get hot and stuffy ....
