Here is a nice tidbit about one of Illinois' stellar citizens caught with drugs and weapons while out on bail for first degree murder. I swear, you can't make this stuff up. And yet, members of the state legislation want gun owners fingerprinted and background checked every hour on the hour. That's right. Mostly folks that have never seen red lights in their rear view mirror, need to be fingerprinted. Bet the suspect here has been printed a time or two before. Just a hunch.

I guess a judge somewhere was worried about hurting the guy's feelings or something?
