The other day I noticed that the rear swivel which was made of some kind of plastic material and cracked a couple of pieces were missing. I emailed the company and asked about any warranty. Turns out that model was discontinued so they said select a new one off their web page. I chose one very similar to what I had (not the most expensive by far) and it arrived today.
