Subdeacon Joe
I'm going to try using welding tip cleaners. Note on the drawing says that the opening and the area around it needs to be smooth because a fine thread passes through it. Also thinking of, after the deburring - material is 304 stainless - going in with pipe cleaner and rouge. 29 minutes ago, Pat Riot, SASS #13748 said: These? https://m.toolsforindustryinc.com/#/catalogue/product/1070871 I think that is what we used to make the slot. Sedalia Dave
Next time have it cut with an EDM machine. Done properly the cut will have a mirror finish.
