Trailrider #896
Haven't checked the actual depth, but looks like about 6 inches of "partly cloudy" on the trees and shrubs. Fortunately, we got the flowers my wife was going to plant inside before the white stuff started to fall!
Dead Eye Jake
Watching the 6 o'clock news and saw some pictures of the snow in Kiowa. Pretty much your neck of the woods I think. We're up north of you about 40 miles south of Cheyenne. We had about 3 inches of snow and 1 inch of water in the gauge. Moved wife's flower pots inside and covered others. Kinda worried about the wheat if it gets below 30 degrees. Hoping for the best and a warm up moving in.
Trailrider #896
Daughter down to Colorado Springs had a lot of damage to deciduous trees and shrubs. We were luckier, though most of what we have is evergreens that resist heavy snow. It warmed up above freezing and most of it has melted off.
