Rough 'N Ready Rob
Can the Marlin 410 lever shotgun be used in SASS ? May be fun, if not why.
The Original Lumpy Gritz
The 410 is not SASS legal in any adult shooting category. OLG

Rough 'N Ready Rob
I know 410 ammo is pricey. I read the hand book, wasn't saying you weren't right. I have never held one, still looks like it would be fun. Thanks Rob.
LostVaquero
Maybe HRAC will scale up their 410 lever to 20g.

If they did, it still would not be SASS legal since it’s not a “lever action shotgun...of the period”.

All the more reason for SASS to resurrect the "Modern" Category that once existed. Then all these new modern CAS guns could be utilized there with little question/doubt. Rex M Rugers #6621
That wasn't exactly what the Modern category covered. Had to do with adjustable sights on sixguns. Shotgun and rifle rules were the same for all. Rex
