Right to face your accuser? What a laughable concept. Evidence required before a judge issues warrant or seizures documents? Nope. Timetable for return of seized personal property? Doesn’t exist and record of condition on receipt is not required. Nor is there any process for reimbursement for damages while in legal custody.
