Just curious if someone knows anything about Heiser leather company.

I got s Winchester modern 1907 and included was a leather magazine holder with a 10 round magazine (the holder is designed  to hold three magazines).  The stamping and metal snaps say the company name and Denver CO.

Never seen a 1907 magazine holder before this.

Herman Heiser was one of the best leather working companies in the late 1800s; saddles, holsters, harnesses.  Made in Denver, Colorado.  Very collectible these days.  Google his name and you will get  lots of info.  His products show up on eBay and Gunbroker regularly.  If you like pretty pictures, he is featured in the book “Packing Iron”.

Eventually, Herman Heiser's company became H. H. Heiser, which operated out of Denver until sometime in the mid-1970's.  I think they were on 13th & Curtiss or nearby.  Sometime in the mid-70's or so I heard they moved to Utah somewhere, but I never found out where, and my main reason for going in there was to buy hardware for my own leather items.
