For sale is a couple of 1897 Winchester's. One is a 16ga with a 28 inch barrel and the other is a 12ga stamped "Coyote Cap". The 16ga is a stock gun...the coyote, well it's a shooting machine!! I'm asking 400.00 on the 16 and asking 550.00 on the coyote cap....or make me an offer! Shipped to your ffl...IMG_20190403_191129.thumb.jpg.fc684d4bb97377224c1e4c29ed4ed487.jpg

Could you kindly post a couple more pics of the 16?

Any cracks in the stock?

How is the bore?

Date of mfg.?

Much appreciated; not kicking tires; seriously interested.

Loophole I added some.photos of the 16, I don't know the year but the serial number is in there with a C. The bore looks good, it's shinny and no pits or marks that I can see. The stock is cracked on both side behind receiver...of course, it's a 97!...lol. anything else you want to know just ask sir. Thanks!     I just looked at the serial number it shows it was made in 1901, that's hard to believe...it's in really nice shape to be almost 120 years old... serial number...1786xx with a C.
